Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair industrial machinery, including hydraulic presses and spot welders
• Perform PLC troubleshooting and automation system maintenance
• Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Manage electrical tasks including panel troubleshooting and installing 240V conduits
• Inspect worn parts using precision instruments like calipers and micrometers
• Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematics
• Adjust and calibrate equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area following all company safety rules
• Support operations by working 40+ hours per week, including occasional Saturdays and call-ins

Requirements

• 5 or more years of relevant industrial maintenance experience
• Proven expertise in PLC troubleshooting and automation
• Strong proficiency in repairing pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical panels, motors, and conveyors
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, diagrams, and electrical schematics
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments and trades math
• Must possess your own set of tools required for the position
• Ability to stand, walk, and work in environments with moderate noise, heat, or fumes

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree or certificate in industrial maintenance
