Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance of machines and equipment according to the Operations Manager's organization
• Ensure proper use of production and maintenance consumables and resources (water, energy, etc.)
• Maintain machines, workshop areas, and tools in good working order
• Adhere to internal regulations and Health, Safety, Energy, and Environment (HSE) procedures
• Manage on-call duties (one week per month)
• Propose improvements for site operations and monitor general performance indicators
• Provide support for production replacements and site logistics/upkeep as needed
• Oversee external companies to ensure compliance with safety standards and internal procedures

Requirements

• Maintenance diploma or significant professional experience in the field
• Knowledge of the industrial sector
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Ability to maintain a broad overview of site operations
• Availability for on-call shifts
