Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Inspect hotel equipment and facilities to perform preventive maintenance
• Monitor various spaces for safety issues and implement immediate corrective measures
• Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs for electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and coordinate with external technical services when necessary
• Manage the spare parts inventory and submit necessary orders

Requirements

• Significant experience in building maintenance
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to manage conflicts effectively
• Highly reliable and responsible professional attitude
