Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day maintenance requests for guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
• Complete daily plant rounds to identify faulty equipment or necessary repairs
• Perform maintenance on equipment and water reticulation systems to ensure operational efficiency
• Liaise with relevant departments to ensure out-of-order spaces are returned to service promptly
• Accurately record all completed and outstanding maintenance tasks and preventative schedules

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role or hotel environment
• Experience operating a variety of equipment, including small hand tools
• Ability to work a variety of shifts across the week
• Self-motivated with the ability to work well both individually and within a team
