Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of hotel equipment (electricity, plumbing, air conditioning, etc.)
• Respond quickly to breakdowns and malfunctions to guarantee client comfort and safety
• Maintain technical installations in compliance with safety standards and HACCP procedures
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to optimize facility operations
• Manage stocks of spare parts and necessary intervention materials
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of technical procedures

Requirements

• Preparing a BTS Electro technique or BUT GIM
• Proficiency in French and English
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Strong organizational skills and rigor
• Good stress and urgency management
