Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Handle Annual Maintenance Club Tune Ups and complete garage door inspections following a checklist
• Perform callback visits to resolve issues and turn negative customer experiences into positive ones
• Educate customers on door conditions and findings from inspections
• Receive warehouse purchase orders and update inventory with exact counts
• Assist the Area Manager or Market Lead with load outs for technicians and installers
• Maintain physical counts in the warehouse and keep inventory records accurate

Requirements

• Valid driver's license for at least 3 years with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test (not including THC) and criminal background check
• Basic software, navigation app, tablet, and computer skills
• Basic knowledge of hand tools
• Reading and basic math skills including measurements and payments
• Professional appearance and current legal eligibility to work in the United States
• Physically able to bend, climb, kneel, stand for long periods, and lift 50 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with repairs and maintenance in home service, manufacturing, automotive, or similar fields
