Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure facility reliability.
• Perform technical troubleshooting, equipment installation, adjustments, and startups.
• Utilize CMMS to manage, document, and support reliability reporting and decision-making.
• Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and Reliability Centered Maintenance to improve asset reliability.
• Adhere to all safety work rules, GMPs, and food safety/quality policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance activities.
• Assist with process improvement projects and precision maintenance techniques.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and decipher mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and P&ID diagrams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
• Ability to lift/move up to 60 pounds and work in various temperature environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree or two-year technical certificate.
• 1 year of experience as an industrial maintenance technician.
• Prior experience using SAP or other CMMS software.
