Maintenance Technician 3

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
• Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient facility operation
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
• Execute advanced technical tasks including PLC/HMI program loading, VFD adjustments, and equipment upgrades

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Proficiency in NFPA Safety Arc Flash (III+) and NEC Standards
• Experience with PLC/HMI troubleshooting and VFD installation/adjustment
• Skills in rigging fundamentals and overhead crane operation
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand, walk, or bend for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with machining (Mill/Lathe) including bit selection and setup
• Knowledge of injection line laser parallel and alignment procedures
