Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on-site including electricity, plumbing, carpentry, kitchen equipment, ventilation, and refrigeration
• Diagnose breakdowns and implement repairs or secure temporary solutions
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order
• Manage and prioritize intervention requests
• Update intervention reports and technical documentation
• Ensure installation compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental standards
• Identify equipment needs and required works in collaboration with operations management
• Supervise and accompany maintenance work and construction sites performed by external providers
• Verify application of quality, hygiene, safety, and environmental policies

Requirements

• Similar experience in a technical service (restaurant, industry, retail, or building)
• Solid skills in common maintenance and repairs (plumbing, carpentry, ventilation)
• Ability to manage priorities and work independently across multiple sites
• Knowledge of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards
• Proficiency with IT tools
• Professional English proficiency (oral and written)
• Valid driver's license
