Maintenance Technician 2

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
• Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient facility operation
• Follow all safety protocols, including LOTO and NFPA guidelines
• Utilize tools such as multimeters, welding equipment, and rigging gear

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Proficiency with basic electrical (AC/DC), PLC logic, and hydraulic systems
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand, walk, or bend for extended periods
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
