Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on electro-mechanical equipment including conveyors, mixers, fillers, and refrigeration systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and mechanical issues to identify root causes
• Conduct repairs and replacements of defective parts using hand and power tools
• Ensure equipment is cleaned and maintained in accordance with food safety standards
• Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to minimize downtime
• Document all maintenance and repair activities in maintenance logs
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing (food production preferred)
• Ability to read electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics
• Advanced knowledge of 480v, electrical controls, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Experience with CMMS programs
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform repetitive physical motions

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical Certification in mechanical technology
• PLC logic experience
• Welding, fabricating, and machining experience
• Experience with food-grade materials and equipment
