Maintenance Technician 1

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair production equipment including CNCs, presses, saws, motors, pumps, and welding tools
• Perform general facility maintenance and respond to work requests in a timely manner
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using prints, schematics, and test equipment
• Support internal customers by ensuring equipment uptime and reliability through proactive maintenance
• Work flexible shifts, including weekends as needed, while adhering to safety policies and PPE requirements

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in industrial maintenance
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Experience with CNC, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical prints
• Basic computer and organizational skills
• Knowledge of chemical waste removal codes and commitment to safety protocols

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical Diploma or Certification
• PLC experience
• Welding and pipe fitting experience
• Forklift and scissor lift operation experience
