Maintenance Technical Support Call Analyst

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from internal and external customers, including technicians, drivers, and sales representatives.
• Document and coordinate service requests from customers efficiently.
• Process emails from drivers reporting maintenance issues at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot cryogenic equipment to resolve minor problems remotely on customer systems.
• Configure and perform minor troubleshooting of Remote Telemetry Units (RTUs).
• Collaborate with Customer Service Technicians in the field to support service delivery.
• Work cross-functionally with Customer Service, Sales, Logistics, and Operations teams.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent technical experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Effective communication skills to interact with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to take initiative and support decision-making within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of customer service experience.
• Experience in a technical support or call center environment.
