Maintenance Technical Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and prioritize all maintenance activities during the assigned 12-hour shift
• Provide coaching, technical guidance, and performance feedback to maintenance technicians
• Respond to breakdowns and lead troubleshooting efforts to ensure safe and effective repairs
• Ensure accurate use of D365/CMMS for work orders, labor entry, and maintenance history
• Lead formal shift turnover to communicate equipment status and safety concerns
• Partner with supply, planning, and reliability teams to manage critical assets and spare parts
• Support TPM, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Participate in root cause analysis for repeat failures and safety incidents
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, LOTO, food safety, and GMP standards

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience
• Strong technical aptitude for troubleshooting complex equipment and systems
• Familiarity with P&ID, BOM, and Work Order Systems
• Experience in FDA or high-speed packaging environments preferred
• Associate degree in a technical field preferred, or equivalent industrial experience
• Ability to lead in a 24/7 manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for up to 12 hours

Preferred Qualifications

• FDA regulated industry experience
• High-speed packaging experience
• Experience with CMMS/D365
