Maintenance Technical Leader

Responsibilities

• Execute maintenance plans and monitor deterioration recovery planning
• Implement improvements, modifications, and technical analysis for production line machinery
• Generate follow-up reports to support strategic decision-making by leadership
• Ensure operational equipment availability and product quality
• Maintain a safe working environment with a focus on zero safety incidents

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechanical, or Electronic Engineering (or related field)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a maintenance technician (internal or external)
• Technical degree with a minimum GPA of 8.0
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Basic to intermediate English language skills
