Maintenance Technical Analyst

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure infrastructure and equipment functionality.
• Supervise compliance with established maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose technical failures and propose effective solutions.
• Manage work orders, maintenance reports, and documentation.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors for specialized services.
• Ensure strict adherence to industrial safety and quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement of maintenance processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial or technical maintenance.
• Technical education or an engineering degree in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance for equipment.
• Ability to interpret technical blueprints, plans, and manuals.
• Basic proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Knowledge of industrial electricity and industrial mechanics.
• Familiarity with industrial safety standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
• Availability to work onsite in Sur Cuernavaca.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in the retail sector or store chains.
• Certifications in maintenance or industrial safety.
• Advanced proficiency in maintenance management software.
• Basic knowledge of technical English.
• Experience leading process improvement projects.
