About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance and regular safety inspections across the hotel
- Carry out general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, telecommunications, heat, carpentry, and decorating
- Inspect premises and equipment, complete basic repairs, and troubleshoot systems
- Apply hotel security regulations and support guest comfort
- Identify areas for improvement and manage operational risk awareness
Requirements
- Previous hotel, construction, or maintenance experience
- Practical skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and repairs
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Willingness to learn with provided training
