Maintenance Team Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise maintenance and repair activities for production equipment, facilities, and utilities to ensure operational continuity.
• Lead and support maintenance teams by coordinating troubleshooting efforts and providing technical support to minimize production downtime.
• Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs, including work order generation, maintenance cycle planning, and recurring failure analysis.
• Oversee equipment installation, relocation, and technical modifications while ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
• Manage maintenance documentation, technical manuals, spare parts inventory, and external service providers.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, quality, and HSE departments to guarantee operational performance, quality, and safety.
• Drive maintenance service management, including budget planning, resource allocation, team skill development, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Electromechanics, Mechanics, or Industrial Engineering.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in technical, maintenance, or equipment roles within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, specifically ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
• Proficiency in both French and English (written and oral) is mandatory.
• Solid leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Strong orientation toward continuous improvement and operational excellence.
