Maintenance Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance agents, organize tasks, and support skill development
• Perform preventive, corrective, and curative maintenance on equipment and installations
• Organize and ensure the execution of the preventive maintenance plan
• Analyze recurring failures and propose solutions
• Record work orders in the CMMS (GMAO)
• Organize and monitor external service provider interventions
• Manage stocks and order necessary spare parts
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and working condition instructions
• Monitor mandatory periodic inspections and schedule interventions

Requirements

• BTS/DUT in maintenance or electrotechnics
• Proven experience in maintenance
• Proven experience in management
• Proficiency in office tools
• Fluency in written and spoken French
• Electrical knowledge with BR/BC certification required
• Knowledge of mechanical safety (mechanical and fluid lockout/tagout)
• Knowledge of industrial mechanics (pumps, conveyors, gear motors)
• Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, or automation
