Maintenance Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all manufacturing equipment and general facilities
• Provide direction, coaching, and mentoring to maintenance associates to support technical growth
• Coordinate daily workflows and ensure work is completed efficiently and effectively
• Ensure technicians properly document repairs, including labor hours and parts used
• Oversee safe maintenance practices and ensure adherence to all safety training and standards
• Participate in management meetings to review outstanding issues and provide communication

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of maintenance experience
• Experience using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
• Proficiency in troubleshooting using root cause analysis
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical, logic, and pneumatic diagrams
• Strong knowledge of Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) and general safety procedures
• Basic computer and math skills

• Bachelor’s degree
