Maintenance System Engineer

Responsibilities

• Optimize maintenance plans for existing rolling stock
• Manage revamping, retrofitting, and modification activities on existing rolling stock
• Provide high-level engineering support to depot operational structures to resolve technical issues from revenue service
• Participate in technical meetings with project management and customers to provide engineering support
• Perform project-level reporting via KPIs and weekly reports to the Métier level
• Support the implementation of engineering risk mitigation plans and change order processes
• Provide Return of Experience (REX) to be implemented in Reference Solutions

Requirements

• General technical engineering competencies
• More than 2 years of experience in the Railways engineering domain
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and handle unforeseen or unexpected events by reorganizing work plans

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous background in infotainment and networking
• Academic knowledge in ICT (Information and Communication Technology)
