Maintenance Support Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of multi-skilled technicians to maintain and repair plant equipment within the Spirit Supply area.
• Champion Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards, ensuring statutory compliance in ATEX environments.
• Manage plant reliability, maintenance standards, and overall equipment performance through effective Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM).
• Manage OPEX, CAPEX, and labor budgets to meet agreed targets and deliver cost savings.
• Facilitate root cause problem solving (RCPS) and drive continuous improvement through reliability initiatives.
• Develop and coach technicians and operators to enhance technical capability and performance.
• Coordinate asset care planning and weekly maintenance scheduling while maximizing CMMS utilization.

Requirements

• Minimum HNC in Engineering (or equivalent) with experience in process or manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience in maintenance team leadership and asset performance management (CMMS).
• Demonstrated competence working in ATEX environments.
• IOSH or NEBOSH qualification with strong HSE awareness.
• Experience in budget management (R&M/Capex) and delivering KPIs.
• Strong fault-finding, problem-solving, and coaching skills.
