Maintenance Support Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative support within the M5 system, including data entry, asset updates, and maintenance record management
• Audit and maintain the accuracy of maintenance contracts, billing information, and operational records
• Generate routine and ad hoc reports to assist Finance, Operations, and Leadership teams
• Investigate and reconcile discrepancies within system data and troubleshoot basic M5 process issues
• Create and maintain organized documentation for maintenance processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Assist in training team members on M5-related workflows to ensure standardized system usage
• Identify opportunities to enhance reporting accuracy and streamline departmental workflows

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in maintenance coordination, operations support, finance, or system administration
• Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data sorting)
• Proven ability to work autonomously and meet strict deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with M5 or similar ERP/maintenance management software
