Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of up to 14 union maintenance employees and contractors during the third shift (10:30pm–6:30am)
• Assign and oversee daily maintenance tasks, preventative maintenance activities, and equipment repairs
• Ensure all work complies with safety rules, MIOSHA requirements, TS16949 standards, and ISO 14001 requirements
• Troubleshoot and repair CNC machinery, Fanuc robotic systems, and various automation equipment
• Inspect completed work for quality and completeness while managing necessary materials and supplies
• Handle employee issues, training, discipline, and accident investigations
• Monitor departmental KPIs and participate in equipment buyoffs and spare parts ordering

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of related maintenance or technical experience
• Knowledge of Fanuc robotic systems and troubleshooting CNC machinery
• Understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Strong ability to interpret complex instructions and knowledge of MIOSHA safety protocols
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
