Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize plant personnel, including shift assignments and absenteeism control
• Distribute tasks and organize the assigned maintenance team
• Ensure the installation, stabilization, and maintenance of production machinery
• Diagnose and repair equipment failures, specifically working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Program and oversee preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment
• Interpret technical diagrams and blueprints to support maintenance activities
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards
• Analyze performance indicators and propose systematic improvements to operations
• Report directly to the Operations and Maintenance Manager

Requirements

• Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) on a Monday-to-Monday schedule with rotating days off
• Proven experience in similar supervisory positions within industrial companies
• Experience in indicator analysis and performance tracking
• Strong conflict resolution skills
• Ability to reside in or near the local area
