Responsibilities
- Oversee complex maintenance programs and ensure operational readiness for construction and equipment assets
- Serve as the central authority for managing Maintenance Data Systems (MDS) and Planned Maintenance Systems (PMS)
- Ensure compliance with established directives and government regulations
- Lead and manage maintenance personnel to deliver high-quality results
- Exercise independent judgment to maintain mission-critical systems and documentation
Requirements
- Proven experience in a maintenance supervisory role
- Technical expertise in managing large inventories of construction and equipment assets
- Proficiency in Maintenance Data Systems (MDS) and Planned Maintenance Systems (PMS)
- Strong leadership and personnel management skills
- Ability to support critical government operations
