Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise commissioning activities by systems and subsystems, including mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and process components.
• Verify hydraulic and pneumatic tests, line cleaning, inerting, leak tests, energizations, loop tests, calibrations, and functional tests.
• Oversee the commissioning of static and rotating equipment, electrical panels, MCC, UPS, transformers, and instrumentation.
• Coordinate start-up activities and the operational transition to the Operations department.
• Manage multidisciplinary punch lists and ensure all transfer conditions are met.
• Prepare, review, and approve pre-commissioning and commissioning documentation, protocols, and test records.
• Generate and report KPIs related to progress, safety, and quality.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards and project specifications.

Requirements

• Degree in Electromechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering (or related technical training).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commissioning and start-up within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Proven experience in field work and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Strong leadership, planning, and operational problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work onsite at field locations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Oil & Gas facilities projects.
• Expertise in commissioning documentation management.
• Experience in generating and tracking commissioning and start-up KPIs.
• Strong ability to manage interfaces between Construction and Operations teams.
