About the role
Responsibilities
- Work closely with maintenance engineering to plan and execute field maintenance programs.
- Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies during all field tasks.
- Manage spare parts availability to ensure equipment uptime.
- Meet sector management indicators and proposed objectives.
- Promote continuous improvement of maintenance plans and programs.
- Identify training needs and schedule programs to enhance technical skills.
- Perform preliminary failure reports and investigations.
- Lead internal workgroups and manage external service providers.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of rotating equipment.
- Proven experience in personnel management (both direct and indirect).
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in logistics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of diesel engines.
- Experience with "Blender" equipment.
- Knowledge of conveyor belt systems.
