Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the maintenance team effectively to achieve individual and team objectives.
• Oversee repair work and maintenance standards for transformers, boilers, HVAC, electrical panels, plumbing, and more.
• Ensure optimal operation of energy services, emergency systems, fire protection, and campus infrastructure.
• Manage maintenance tools, materials, and equipment inventory.
• Control staff attendance, schedules, and internal availability.
• Support institutional events through logistics and staff organization.
• Ensure the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor.
• Technical degree or Higher University Technician degree related to building maintenance.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC (air conditioning) and electrical installations (220/440V).
• Proficiency in hydrosanitary systems, fire protection systems, and emergency generators.
• Experience with boilers, pumping systems, water wells, and water treatment plants.
• Knowledge of general maintenance including carpentry, masonry, locksmithing, and painting.
