Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee daily maintenance activities, including preventive, corrective, and emergency repairs.
• Schedule maintenance tasks through the work order system and manage plant shutdowns or equipment installations.
• Lead and train maintenance personnel and manage external vendors and contractors.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety procedures, LOTO, and company policies.
• Lead breakdown response efforts and perform root cause analysis on mechanical and electrical failures.
• Connect to PLCs and VFDs using laptop software to identify faults and support production troubleshooting.
• Monitor spare parts inventory and maintenance supply needs.
• Support welding, fabrication, and equipment modifications as required.

Requirements

• 5+ years of heavy industrial maintenance experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong industrial electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills on automated manufacturing equipment.
• Experience in welding and fabrication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CMMS, and ERP systems.
• Ability to support multiple shifts and work in various environmental conditions.

• Advanced industrial electrical experience with PLCs and plant automation.
