Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Drive initiatives to implement preventative maintenance programs using machine logging and data analysis
• Evaluate, prioritize, and schedule maintenance and facilities tasks using CMMS
• Distribute workload to Maintenance Technicians, providing technical oversight and leadership
• Maintain the function and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment
• Oversee maintenance projects to ensure they meet quality standards and schedules
• Collaborate with Plant leadership to align maintenance projects with company goals
• Promote safe work habits and compliance with all safety rules and policies
• Assist with troubleshooting complex equipment and analyzing work order trends

Requirements

• High School degree, Trade School diploma, or equivalent
• Demonstrated supervisory experience supporting manufacturing or production operations
• Experience with electrical and mechanical industrial maintenance, including equipment installation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with diverse audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior work experience in a trades discipline such as Electrical, HVAC, or Plumbing
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts
