Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a multi-skilled maintenance team
• Create and maintain PM work plans and schedules
• Supervise corrective, emergency, and breakdown maintenance
• Coordinate technicians, contractors, and shift utilization
• Track uptime, OEE, MTTR, and maintenance metrics
• Perform root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement
• Maintain spares inventory and skills matrix
• Communicate progress to engineering, production, and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in machining, maintenance, or manufacturing; or 5+ years of relevant experience
• 2+ years in a direct leadership role
• Ability to work rotating shifts, extended hours, and weekends
• Ability to travel up to 10%
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and work in tight spaces
• Strong communication and adaptability
• Willingness to work onsite

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in an engineering discipline
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles
• Experience in fast-paced production environments
