Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and hold accountable a team of maintenance technicians to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.
• Monitor workers in the maintenance, repair, dismantling, assembling, and installation of machinery, equipment, and programmable logic controllers.
• Assign, prioritize, and oversee work orders and preventative maintenance (PMs), ensuring work is completed correctly and verified before closure.
• Enforce safety standards, company policies, and cleanliness expectations across all work areas.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with operations to meet production schedules and needs.
• Provide clear communication regarding status updates, follow-ups, and defined action plans.
• Note: This is a night shift opening; flexibility with schedule is required.

Requirements

• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or a minimum of four years of related experience and/or training.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and hold employees accountable.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Ammonia Refrigeration Systems.
• Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
• Knowledge of process instrumentation and literacy in process drawings.
• Strong strategic thinking skills and business acumen.
