About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage maintenance schedules on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Manage maintenance backlogs to ensure operational efficiency
- Implement and supervise preventive and predictive maintenance concepts
- Prepare and analyze technical reports including PA, MA, MTBF, and MTTR
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Warehouse, and Planning to ensure seamless site activities
Requirements
- Minimum high school or vocational school (SMK) degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical, or a related engineering field
- At least 6 years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role
- Mandatory POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certification
- Strong analytical, coordination, and reporting skills
- Honest, detail-oriented, and a proven ability to work effectively within a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working within the mining or heavy equipment industry
