Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage business processes and employees to provide cost-effective lean maintenance services.
• Ensure equipment reliability, asset preservation, and safe working conditions during the 3rd shift.
• Plan, develop, and implement policies and procedures to achieve strategic operating goals.
• Maintain a 90% on-time completion rate for all maintenance work orders.
• Monitor and provide technical expertise to meet or exceed Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) targets.
• Lead cross-functional teamwork with Project Management, Planning, Engineering, and Production.
• Audit the centerline document system and maintain high 5S standards in the facility.
• Adhere to all PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Formal Technical Training and/or 3-5 years of related maintenance experience.
• College-level mathematical skills.
• Advanced computer skills with the ability to operate various complex programs.
• High reasoning ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
• Full professional proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing.
• Ability to work the 3rd shift schedule (Monday - Thursday; 9:00pm - 7:00am).

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Previous experience working in a cGMP environment.
