Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations for all service and maintenance projects
• Maintain project schedules and ensure all deadlines are met
• Develop action plans to address safety, callback rates, and technical support deficiencies
• Generate field leads and assist service sales representatives with upgrades and repairs
• Set and manage budgets for material and labor within company guidelines
• Conduct field education training and perform safety audits and jobsite inspections
• Forecast and schedule labor resources to improve efficiency and maintain quality assurance
• Coordinate material deliveries and issue purchase orders
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with co-workers, field employees, and clients

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a relevant technical certificate
• Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other technical computer software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the elevator industry
• Experience leading field-level associates or technicians in a similar industry
• Knowledge of elevator service contracting and estimating
