Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Ensure field employee safety and quality of service within the assigned territory
• Plan, organize, and manage service field activities to meet customer needs and company standards
• Manage the effective allocation of resources, including manpower and materials
• Conduct field education and training for the workforce
• Improve operational efficiencies by managing route schedules and callback rates
• Provide technical support to field staff or redirect issues to appropriate experts
• Authorize repair orders and track their completion

Requirements

• High school education required; BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant work experience preferred
• At least 7 years of relevant professional experience
• Proven experience leading teams and managing technicians
• Strong computer and technology skills
• Valid driver's license for territory travel
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience within the elevator industry
