Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations and field staff training to ensure safety, quality of service, and operational efficiency
• Plan, organize, and manage service field activities to meet customer needs and company standards
• Manage the effective allocation of resources, including manpower and materials
• Conduct field education and training for the workforce
• Improve operational efficiencies by managing route schedules and callback rates
• Provide technical support to field staff and authorize repair orders
• Drive improvements in communication and operational efficiency

Requirements

• High school education required; BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience
• At least 7 years of relevant professional experience
• Proven experience leading teams and managing technicians
• Strong computer and technology skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
