Maintenance Supervisor, Multifamily

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready apartments, including painting, carpet repair, and general housekeeping to ensure high-quality move-ins.
• Complete resident service requests in a timely and professional manner to ensure high satisfaction.
• Perform diverse maintenance functions including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, and pool maintenance.
• Maintain property grounds, common areas, dog parks, and pools to ensure they are clean and free of safety hazards.
• Execute preventative maintenance schedules and maintain accurate records of all activities.
• Respond to on-call emergency procedures as required to support property needs.
• Report maintenance issues affecting the budget, such as life safety concerns or property damages, to the manager.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent technical/vocational training.
• 3+ years of related maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 Type II certification.
• Valid Driver's License.
• CPO certification (if required by local city or state regulations).
• Ability to work various shifts, including Sunday through Saturday, to meet business needs.
• Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds and perform tasks in varying weather conditions.
