Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and direction to the maintenance team
• Follow management plans and pass updates to following shifts
• Train and document new or temporary employees
• Enforce company policies and ensure adherence to SOPs
• Monitor utilities, production, and facilities areas for abnormalities
• Troubleshoot equipment problems alongside the maintenance team
• Collaborate with management and vendors to improve equipment reliability and efficiency

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of leadership experience in maintenance, engineering, or technical operations
• Experience in a high-volume beverage or manufacturing environment
• Experience leading maintenance teams across multiple shifts in a 24/7 operation
• Strong understanding of equipment reliability, preventative/predictive maintenance, and root cause analysis
• Experience using a CMMS to manage work orders and schedules
• Ability to use maintenance data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement
• Knowledge of RCM, TPM, TQM, or Maintenance Excellence methodologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
