Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform or delegate minor and routine maintenance
• Oversee and inspect work performed by maintenance staff
• Manage the system for handling resident service requests
• Assist manager in coordinating and directing maintenance staff and scheduling
• Conduct regularly scheduled safety meetings
• Maintain accurate records regarding preventive maintenance requests and expenditures
• Coordinate or perform equipment maintenance

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor preferred
• Maintenance experience with at least 150 units
• Experience in all trades
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Team player with a superior customer service attitude
