Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Coordinate PM scheduling across 4 shifts and manage updates for new equipment
• Manage multiple concurrent projects in coordination with cross-functional teams
• Oversee vendor and contractor relations, including quoting, purchase orders, and billing
• Manage CMMS reporting and departmental KPIs for daily management
• Supervise direct reports responsible for maintenance, spare parts, and MRO cribs
• Ensure safety compliance and act as the primary contact for fire notification services
• Support compliance with municipal and state regulatory agencies

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CMMS systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work in industrial settings
• Ability to work a day shift (Monday-Friday) with flexibility for off-shift or weekend coverage as needed
