Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of Maintenance Technicians
• Ensure work orders are completed in a timely manner
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiations
• Handle supply ordering and inventory
• Manage apartment turns and service requests
• Maintain the overall condition of the apartment community
• Participate in an emergency on-call rotation

Requirements

• HVAC knowledge
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Background in plumbing, electrical, and drywall
• Appliance repair skills
• Experience with apartment turns
• Knowledge of residential repairs
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment
• Strong organizational skills
