About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of Maintenance Technicians
- Ensure work orders are completed in a timely manner
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiations
- Handle supply ordering and apartment turns
- Manage service requests and overall property maintenance
- Participate in an emergency on-call rotation
Requirements
- HVAC knowledge
- Experience with painting and apartment turns
- Background in plumbing, electrical, and drywall
- Appliance repair skills
- Knowledge of residential repairs
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Must possess own tools
