Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of Maintenance Technicians
• Ensure work orders are completed in a timely manner
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate bids
• Handle supply ordering and apartment turns
• Manage service requests and overall property maintenance
• Participate in an emergency on-call rotation

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance work experience
• 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory capacity
• Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, and drywall
• Appliance repair skills
• Experience with apartment turns and residential repairs
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Proficiency with email for vendor communication and scheduling

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC and Electrical work
