Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure compliance with preventive and corrective maintenance work orders to guarantee the operation, image, and functionality of stores, buildings, and equipment.
• Verify and report critical points during store construction and equipment installation stages to ensure established standards are met.
• Control repairs and spare parts usage against work orders executed by subcontractors to ensure efficient resource management.
• Coordinate the delivery of equipment and furniture for new stores to operations personnel to ensure timely openings.
• Investigate and verify discrepancies in public utility consumption to ensure efficient company resource usage.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction supervision, maintenance management, or managing construction and maintenance providers.
• General knowledge of high and low voltage electrical systems.
• General knowledge of refrigeration equipment and systems.
• Ability to drive 3.5 ton manual transmission vehicles.
