Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Assure equipment reliability to maximize production line productivity and product quality
• Guide and support maintenance technicians in troubleshooting production equipment
• Implement process enhancements to improve package changeover and line efficiency
• Utilize technical knowledge to maximize asset utilization and plant performance
• Provide training to improve the technical capabilities of maintenance technicians
• Schedule and track standard preventive manufacturing measures and prioritize maintenance opportunities
• Coordinate and inspect major contract work on electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and other building systems
• Foster a culture of trust, wellbeing, and safety within the maintenance team

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing maintenance experience in a lead or supervisory role
• Mechanical and electrical experience maintaining production equipment
• Background with PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers)
• Working knowledge of SAP or other CMS
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Operations Management
