About the role

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily corrective and preventive maintenance activities for the 2nd shift team
  • Plan and schedule maintenance activities to ensure efficient facility operation
  • Develop, track, and manage key maintenance KPIs and equipment downtime
  • Lead, coach, and develop maintenance team members
  • Manage maintenance resources and capital projects while adhering to budget requirements
  • Determine whether to outsource work or complete tasks in-house
  • Support engineering teams in Lean manufacturing initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with all safety standards, processes, and regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 2 years of maintenance experience, OR
  • Master's degree and 1 year of maintenance experience, OR
  • 5 years of maintenance experience
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Availability to work Fridays and occasional weekends based on operational needs
  • Ability to work 2nd shift (2:00 PM – 12:30 AM, Monday - Thursday)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven maintenance leadership experience at the supervisor or manager level
  • Experience with CMMS or EAM systems
  • Demonstrated success in improving maintenance reliability and preventive maintenance programs
  • Background in automotive or heavy manufacturing environments
