Maintenance Supervisor – Industrial Instrumentation

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate industrial instrumentation maintenance team activities
• Ensure execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance
• Monitor team performance and productivity indicators
• Manage team through activity distribution, performance tracking, and technical development
• Control maintenance schedules, records, and service reports
• Manage service measurement and billing
• Implement and monitor maintenance management and control tools
• Drive continuous process improvement and reduction of operational failures
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Prepare technical and managerial reports

Requirements

• Technical or higher education in Instrumentation, Automation, Electrotechnics, Engineering, or related fields
• Experience supervising industrial maintenance teams
• Solid knowledge of industrial instrumentation
• Proficiency in maintenance management and control tools
• Good computer skills (Office Package, ERP/maintenance systems, indicators)
• Leadership and decision-making capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale industrial environments
• Knowledge of TPM, PCM, SAP, or maintenance software
• Experience with indicator analysis and continuous improvement
