Maintenance Supervisor I

About the Company

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections of building, technical installations, and facilities (AC, boiler room, ventilation, water pumps, etc.)
• Monitor and ensure compliance with fire safety standards and procedures
• Oversee daily pool maintenance, including pH/chemical monitoring and cleanliness
• Monitor and prioritize pending maintenance tasks and technical breakdowns
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date breakdown log
• Organize and monitor maintenance inventory, tools, and spare parts
• Ensure preventive maintenance routines are properly implemented
• Liaise with all departments to ensure prompt resolution of technical issues
• Supervise external technicians and contractors when required

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position, ideally within hospitality or luxury environments
• Degree in Engineering or a relevant technical field
• Strong knowledge of building systems, MEP equipment, and preventive maintenance practices
• Very good understanding of fire safety regulations and pool maintenance standards
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent command of English
